If you’re a first-time customer, you can order by emailing info@aimco.co.nz or calling us directly. We make ordering custom apparel or merchandise in NZ simple — from product selection through to final branding and delivery.
What are the minimum order quantities for custom branding?
Minimums vary depending on the branding method:
Screen printing: 10 pieces
Embroidery: 1 piece
Digital transfers: 10 pieces
Vinyl Names and Numbers: 1 piece
We offer flexible options for both bulk branded clothing orders and smaller runs.
How do I get pricing for custom printed clothing or uniforms or unique branded merchandise?
Simply fill out our quote form or contact us directly. We’ll provide tailored pricing based on your product, branding method, and quantity — ensuring the best value for your custom uniforms or promotional merchandise in NZ.
Can you print items I supply?
Yes, we are happy to print items you supply as long as the minimums are met. (and we check that the item is OK to print)
What artwork is required?
You can submit your artwork by including it on the quote request form or emailing it to info@aimco.co.nz. Our preferred format is vectorised .ai .pdf or .eps, however you can also submit it as a .jpg or .png, we can open most file types.
Do you offer samples of branded clothing or merchandise?
Yes — we offer sample garments for larger orders (typically 10+ items). This helps you confirm quality, sizing, and suitability before placing your bulk branded apparel order.
Sample garments and products are available on request. We do not charge for samples (for orders that will be over 10 garments) providing they are returned in their original condition in original packaging within 7 working days (unless we specify otherwise).
What is the turnaround time for most jobs?
Generally, we suggest a 5-7 work day turnaround from approval of artwork. Pre Xmas Leadtimes are 7-10+ working days.
